All-purpose detergent

All-purpose, highly alkaline detergent containing active chlorine and silicates for commercial warewashers. Thanks to its components of the latest generation, SUPERNOVA is especially efficient against dried-on and scorched food, tea and coffee stains, as well as other colored residues. It powerfully solubilizes grease, proteins, and starch and can be used for the washing of porcelain, stainless steel, glass, and plastic items. Do not use for aluminum and silver. Dosing 1.2-4.7 mL/L.
