Highly alkaline detergent for cleaning in food industry

SMOKAL is highly alkaline foaming detergent for cleaning of all alkali-resistant surfaces in food-processing facilities and professional kitchens. For cleaning of smoke resins, tar deposits, scorched fat and oils, and other charred residues in smokehouses, on smoking frames and racks, curing bars, walls, and floors. Compact and stable foam is generated with high pressure apparatus, using 1:100-1:10 dilution. Use warm water for the best results. Apply on surface, allow to work 5-30 min, and rinse thoroughly. Harmful on aluminium, copper, brass, wood and linoleum.
